How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
Want to cancel your Motra Pro subscription? Here's how to do it. You can cancel any time, and you'll keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
Cancel From the Motra App
Open Motra on your iPhone
Tap Settings (gear icon)
Tap Your Subscription
Scroll down and tap the red Cancel Subscription button
Tap Proceed to confirm
Apple's subscription management screen will open — follow the prompts to complete the cancellation
Cancel From iPhone Settings
You can also cancel directly through your iPhone:
Open Settings on your iPhone
Tap your name at the top (your Apple ID)
Tap Subscriptions
Find and tap Motra
Tap Cancel Subscription
Confirm the cancellation
What Happens After You Cancel
You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Your expiry date is shown in Settings > Your Subscription.
After that date, your account switches to Motra Free. You'll still have access to basic features and all your workout history.
Your workout data is never deleted — it's always there if you decide to come back.
If you change your mind, you can resubscribe any time from Settings > Your Subscription or by tapping the Renew link on the cancelled subscription banner.
Cancel During Your Free Trial
If you're on a free trial and want to cancel before being charged:
Follow the same steps above — cancel through the Motra app or iPhone Settings
Cancel before your trial ends and you will not be charged at all
You'll see a reminder notification 2 days before your trial expires
Tip: To check when your trial ends, go to Settings > Your Subscription — it shows your next renewal date or trial expiry date. You can also check in iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Motra.
Important: Deleting the App Does Not Cancel Your Subscription
Uninstalling Motra from your phone does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the steps above, otherwise Apple will continue to charge you at each renewal.
